Computer Technologies & Services Limited (CTSL) is an ICT company that was established in 1994. CTSL is a leading Consultant and world-wide-class ICT processes firm. Our Experiences:
CTSL has successfully managed the support of approximately 2000 client machines for BPTT at sixteen (16) geographically dispersed sites, with a service whose primary objective is towards that of client satisfaction. CTSL has successfully held this support contract for the last ten (15) years, which helps to demonstrate our “commitment to excellence”. This contract was undertaken in alignment with BP’s strict global standards for the Information Technology structure.

CTSL has successfully developed and implemented for BGTT two FlowCal systems that are utilized for their Gas Metering Systems. This contract was undertaken in alignment with BG’s global standards for the structure and support for a World Class Gas Metering / Management System. Two major monitoring systems were installed and commissioned by CTSL at BG’s Beachfield Station and Moruga.

CTSL has also invested heavily in training and upgrading our staff within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to support our various contracts. ITIL is the industry accepted approach to IT Service Management. ITIL provides a cohesive set of best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally, thereby ensuring that international standards are always utilized in providing service to our customers.

The CTSL Services Desk Model has been tried and tested on a world class platform. During our service at BpTT, CTSL competed against world class operators such as Intesa Venezuela, SAIC ( USA), EDS / Fujitsu (UK) and Satyam ( India / Asia ). Our Customer Service Levels were always in the top three tier.
