AV & Collaboration

CTSL plans and integrates audio-visual and collaboration technology for boardrooms, meeting rooms, training spaces and events. The right discussion connects the room, the people attending in person and remotely, and the equipment they need to use. Technology installation and integration are separate from facility rental; existing meeting-room and screen or live-streaming booking options remain available for those needs.

Service areas

  • Displays, projection and signage

Plan presentation displays, projection and digital signage around room use, viewing requirements and the content being shown.

  • Sound and lighting

Include sound reinforcement and lighting requirements for meeting, training or event environments within the proposed AV scope.

  • Video conferencing

Integrate conferencing and unified communications requirements so in-room and remote participation are considered together.

  • Digital whiteboards

Discuss shared visual collaboration and whiteboard requirements in relation to participants, room use and existing systems.

  • Centralised touch-panel control

Bring audio, displays, calls and lighting controls together through a touch-panel arrangement selected for the room.

  • Installation and integration

Coordinate the selected equipment, connectivity and room systems, with compatibility and handover requirements confirmed during scoping.

How we can help

  • Room and audience

What is the room used for, how is it arranged, and how many local or remote participants need to take part?

  • Presenting and collaborating

Do users need presentations, video meetings, screensharing, digital whiteboards or signage across different spaces?

  • Compatibility and connectivity

Which devices, calling platforms and connections are already used, and what must the proposed installation work with?

  • Control and handover

Who will operate the equipment, what should be controlled together, and what handover requirements should be discussed?
